Work on Progress B.V. was founded in 2004 and is a consulting company that facilitates change processes in the field of sustainability. The customer base of the company mainly consists of Companies with more than 100 employees and NGO’s.
Work on Progress supports customers with knowledge about sustainable production and materials (Cradle to Cradle), Green Marketing (Cultural Creatives) and behavioral change (Corporate Culture Change and Empowerment). Work on Progress B.V. has a wide network within the field of sustainability and often times finds partners for specific projects, such as partners in the field of re-using and recycling of second hand textiles. Ellen van den Adel is one of the founders of Work on Progress B.V. and has her background in marketing and behavioral change.
